The transformation in my daily workflow since adopting AI in mid-2025 has been nothing short of a paradigm shift.
Back in mid-2025, I experimented with AI for basic, tedious data analysis. The results were underwhelming—it required meticulously curated CSV files just to get started. Fast forward to September 2026: AI now handles virtually all of my analytical workflows. While explicit datasets and structured prompts are still helpful, they are no longer prerequisites; the model frequently uncovers non-obvious, high-value insights from unfamiliar data. This leap is driven not only by stronger foundational models, but also by their seamless integration into the company’s infrastructure. This leap is going to continue to a higher level with a faster pace in the foreseeable future, without a doubt.
I can confidently say that within the next year or two, AI will fully handle junior- to mid-senior-level Strategy & Operations work. The core pillars—deep data analysis, strategic formulation, and downstream execution—are already largely automated in my workflow. My primary role has shifted to simply moving the deliverables from point A and point B.
